Intro Call

We are here to answer your questions, talk through our working relationship and clarify expectations for both sides. We understand this step takes each investor a various amounts of time to get to know us and get comfortable, so we’re more than happy to do a follow up call or two!

Get a Lender & get started.

Once you’ve decided to move forward, you’ll need to get pre-approved by one of our preferred lending partners, or a lending partner of your choice. Upon completion, we’ll begin sending you  vetted Bungalow opportunities that meet your financial goals.

You’re on your way to joining Bungalow.

Hot Homes can sell fast. Because of this, if a property interests you, please notify us ASAP so we can answer any questions, help you conduct your analysis, and place an offer on your behalf quickly. At this stage, we’ll do everything we can to negotiate the best deal for you, facilitate a rigorous inspection process, and get it closed quickly (usually in 30-45 days from initial offer).

Close & house set up.

Congratulations! You now own valuable property in a prime US investment market. Over the next 60 days, Bungalow will work diligently to handle repairs and leasing and send any collected rent payments to you.
